Hi! I’m Kasandra — a family and wedding photographer based in Kamloops, British Columbia… and I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe photographs should feel like sunshine — warm, natural, full of life and connection. The kind you look at years from now and think, “Oh yes… that was us.”
How It All Started
About 15 years ago, my husband brought home a “real” camera.
That was it. I was hooked.
What started as taking pictures of my own kids quickly turned into something much bigger. I realized I didn’t just love photography — I loved what it preserved. The giggles. The glances. The chaos. The tenderness. The in-between moments that matter most.
And I’ve never looked back.

A Little More About Me
Here are a few fun facts so you know who’s behind the camera:
- I have a Bachelor of Arts in English (graduated five months pregnant with my third daughter — multitasking at its finest !).
- I earned a Diploma in Digital Arts & Design from Thompson Rivers University.
- My day job is at an accounting firm… and yes, I actually enjoy organizing and have been known to call the CRA when needed!
- I am married to my best friend, Don who is my biggest photo fan!
- I’m a proud mom and grandma (and yes, my grandchildren get photographed a lot).
- I love Scrabble, murder mysteries, piano lessons, and I keep an emergency chocolate stash. For emergencies only, obviously.
