Every photography retreat has sessions that leave everyone smiling long after the cameras have been packed away, and our session with Cameron and Haley was exactly that.
As part of our Photo 2026 Retreat with Kaeli, Cameron and Haley stepped in as our cowboy couple, and they couldn’t have been a better fit. From the moment they arrived, they brought an easygoing energy and enthusiasm. They were relaxed, genuine, and so much fun to photograph.
Their western-inspired style was absolutely stunning. Between the cowboy hats, boots, and timeless country look, they brought a beautiful mix of rustic charm and romance that was so fun to work with.
It can’t have been easy, but they willingly worked with every photographer and all of our ideas! Whether we asked them to try a new pose, move into different lighting, or recreate a moment from another angle, they did everything with enthusiasm. They were patient, encouraging, and completely trusted us throughout the entire session.
Of course, there were plenty of laughs along the way. Some of the best moments weren’t the planned poses, but the spontaneous smiles, shared glances, and genuine laughter that happened in between. Those authentic moments are what make photographs come alive, and Cameron and Haley gave us just that!
A big thank you to Kaeli for organizing this!! Photography retreats are about learning, growing, and challenging ourselves creatively, but having incredible models makes all the difference. Cameron and Haley helped all of us gain experience, confidence, and leave inspired. Thank you both for sharing your time, patience, and personalities with all of us. You made our retreat even more memorable, and we hope you love these photographs just as much as we loved creating them.
