Kaylee Crocker Norkam Grad of 2023 Photo Shoot

Graduation shoots are special to me as they are not only looking at the past, but looking forward to the future!  So it was a privilege to get together with Kaylee Crocker and take pictures of her during this wonderful grad year of 2023 ! Funny enough, the day of our shoot it actually started to rain but within 10 minutes it had stopped and we were able to get beautiful pictures!

Kaylee’s gorgeous two piece scarlet dress came from First Comes Love,  BC interior’s largest luxury bridal and prom shop,  and it was just perfect on her! I also found out that her beautiful hair arrangement was done by her sister, Amy Crocker! We decided to meet at Westsyde Centennial Park here in Kamloops and I knew it would be fun when I found out she had brought her favourite game, chess!! I was grateful to have her Mom, Athena with us, because she is definitely an ideas woman! We were able to take pictures of Kaylee in her grad dress and robes,  with her 1st Grade picture and she even changed and we took pictures of her playing chess on her stunning chessboard. It was a fun photo shoot because it really showed off Kaylee’s personality!

Kaylee graduated from Norkam Senior Secondary School in the IB program and also earned the Gold Cord Award which means she achieved the Principal’s List in all of her years in high school! She plans on attending TRU this fall to study science and I look forward to hearing how she does (let’s hope she joins the chess club lol) ! Congratulations Kaylee on a wonderful high school experience and I hope you have an awesome time at TRU! Liking what you do is the secret of happiness and I know you can do this!!

Hi, I’m Kasandra and I’m so glad you are here! I am a natural, bright and bold photographer based in Kamloops, British Columbia, and I love living in Canada even when it’s snowing! My love of photography started the day my Don brought home a “real” camera for me 15 years ago and I fell in love with the pictures I took that day! My love of family pictures then transitioned to portraits, engagements, weddings and sports (I have had a great time over the years taking pictures of my kids playing soccer, rugby and basketball!) I am never happier than when I have a camera in my hand!
